About this project
The Serene sits at the centre of Sobha Central, a six-tower masterplan on Sheikh Zayed Road. The corridor is the spine of the city, linking Downtown, DIFC and Dubai Marina, and an address on it carries a different weight from a comparable unit in an outlying community.
Two things separate this scheme from most towers on the same road. The first is the dedicated fly-out bridge from the second-floor podium, which is a meaningful difference when the alternative is joining Sheikh Zayed Road at ground level in rush hour. The second is the podium-top urban park, which puts the amenity deck above the traffic rather than beside it.
