Serenz is a 50-storey residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle, between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The developer quotes 2 minutes to either road, 7 minutes to Circle Mall, about 16 minutes to Dubai Marina and about 20 minutes to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

The idea behind the scheme is the amenity programme: 120,000 sq ft of lifestyle space on the podium, with a serenity pool, a kids water park, gardens, a fountain, a spa, an indoor gym and six kinds of sports court. Residences are sold fully furnished, in a modern minimalist finish of timber, fluted glass and travertine.

JVC is a large, busy community with a lot of residential stock, so it pays to compare buildings on amenities, layout and service charge rather than on the address alone. The developer describes a proposed metro station and new road entry and exit points for the area. Those are plans, not completed works, and worth confirming.
